    Delete your BUFI account

    Fantasmita, LLC (BUFI) lets verified users request deletion of their account and associated personal data from the web or mobile app.

    How deletion works

    1. 1Sign in below so BUFI can verify that you control the account.
    2. 2Submit the deletion request. Repeated submissions return the same active request.
    3. 3Resolve any remaining balance, payment, compliance, or workspace-ownership requirements.
    4. 4BUFI confirms completion when deletable account data has been removed or anonymized.

    Data deleted or anonymized

    Profile details, preferences, device registrations, marketing identifiers, uploaded files, and other account data that BUFI is not legally required to keep.

    Data that may be retained

    Transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, security, and compliance records may be kept for up to seven years, or longer when law or an active dispute requires it.
